Customized Menus
Rather than have set menus from which to choose, Willow Tree Foods works with each client to create a customized menu based upon your tastes and budget. After a brief consultation, Willow Tree Foods will prepare appropriate menu suggestions and estimate of food and service costs for you and your occasion.
Depending upon your "vision" for the event, this can be as simple as a buffet, a mix of cold and hot hors d'oevres, or as elaborate as a formal six-course sit-down dinner. You can have a personal "Chef-on-Site" for the event or your gourmet selections can be prepared in advance, with instructions on heating and presentation techniques for you to follow before your guests arrive.
